This precision CNC router vacuum pad is designed for secure, repeatable workholding on Biesse Rover 30 machines. Engineered for reliability in production environments, it uses an internally manifolded vacuum system to deliver consistent holding force exactly where it’s needed.
Unlike conventional pads that rely on a single feed, this design features integrated internal vacuum passages that evenly distribute vacuum to two independent ports. 6X6” pads have a 1/8BSPP port and the 3×6” have a face contact port for connection to a vacuum source.
